In this role, you’ll work both strategically and operationally with VAT, special taxes, transfer pricing, and international tax. You’ll interpret and implement regulations, advise finance and business teams, and ensure the efficient handling of tax obligations.
You’ll take responsibility for Heimstaden’s tax structure in Sweden while contributing to financial and transaction-related projects at group level.
Your responsibilities:
- Main contact for tax matters in Sweden, including corporate tax, VAT, and special taxes
- Advising on the tax implications of transactions, restructurings, financing, and international projects
- Identifying tax risks and opportunities, and proposing optimisation measures
- Keeping up-to-date with Swedish and international tax law and assessing the implications for the group
- Coordinating with external advisors and Swedish tax authorities
- Developing internal tax routines and documentation, and integrating tax into business processes
